Methods of Payment

We accept advance payments only.

Prices

All prices are in Euro and contain the current German tax. If your country is not member of the European Union you only have to pay net prices (without the German tax of 19%). In this case we will issue an invoice excluding the VAT.
 

Returns

All items  can be returned within 14 days. The items have to be in unaltered, unused state and in original packaging when sent back. Please include a copy of the original invoice. All costs for returning the item(s) have to be carried by the buyer. As soon as we have received the returned item(s) we will issue the refund or exchange the item.

Minimum order

For all orders, minimum quantity is 30 € (excl. shipping costs).
For orders from Germany: we charge a 6 € shipping fee. For orders above 40 €, we charge no shipping fee.
For orders from Austria, Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg:  we charge a 9,50 € shipping fee. For orders above 60 €, we charge no shipping.

All other countries: For availablity of shipments to your country, payment options and shipping costs, by all means inquire to "info@wiba-gmbh.com" (or use the contact form) before placing an order. Please inquire by E-mail.
